New Kabul Bank: New Kabul Bank is the leading & largest commercial bank of Afghanistan and playing a key role in the economy of Afghanistan. I have privileged to design the complete infrastructure for voice network & Phone Banking System of New Kabul Bank and enable the most popular phone banking service 3131 in Afghanistan and connect the phone banking service to its back end support office in Dubai UAE. This is one of the big Asterisk project that I built up and maintains includes 9 Centos linux base server with Asterisk 1.6 using IAX protocol over a secure VPN. I connect the PRI-ISDN link from all major telecommunication providers in Afghanistan (AWCC, Roshan, Etisalat Af, MTN) and terminate these PRI in back end support office.

 

Al Shalal Pure Drinking Water: Al Shalal Pure Drinking Water is one of the leading mineral water distributor in United Arab Emirates having a very big number of customers in Dubai and Sharjah that deliver daily hundreds of mineral waters bottles to theirs customers. Initially they had problem to locate the customers delivery address and they have to search it manually. This cause a slight delay and problem in deliveries. I developed the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) integrated with customers database as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with telephony this help to pop up the customer location information from database at the operators screen and has really made the delivery process easy as the IVR server can take the orders and process it. It reduces the human efforts and time and boosted up the business.
